MVC’s lobbying coalition, the Missouri Conservation and Environmental Alliance, welcomed over 125 concerned citizens to the State Capitol on Leap Day, urging over 160 state legislators to advance environmental protections that promote clean air, water quality, renewable energy, green schools, and state park funding.

What is Lobby Day?
Each year, Missourians gather at the State Capitol to make help educate legislators on the importance of smart environmental policy. From environmentalists, scientists, students and business-owners to hunters, anglers and farmers, this is an important opportunity to share your passion for the environment and have a big impact on environmental policies affecting Missouri.
Conservation Lobby Day is a partnership of the Missouri Conservation and Environmental Alliance, a statewide coalition organizations working together to bring a common voice to the conservation and environmental community in Jefferson City.
