1.  "Home Weatherization" episode of KDHX TV's Laborvision explores the various ways in which the Recovery Act has increased program funding to create jobs, lower utility bills for the homeowner, and provide cleaner air for everyone.

2. 2009 State Energy Efficiency Scorecard. American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, October 2009. Ranks states on adoption and implementation of energy efficiency policies. Places Missouri 41st among the states.

3. Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency. Information about renewable energy and energy efficiency incentives provided by federal, state and local governments and utilities in a searchable database. Also provides summary maps and tables to compare states.

4. National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency, July 2006. Report prepared by over 50 organizations that collaborated to detail barriers to energy efficiency investment and recommendations in response to them. Provides good information on utility rate making, rate design and best practices. Full report and executive summary available.

5. Estimates of Levelized Cost of New Energy Resources. American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. Figure ES-1 shows that energy efficiency is the lowest-cost new energy source.

6. "America's Untapped Energy Resource: Boosting Efficiency", Michael Grunwald. TIME. Article makes the case for energy efficiency as the best new source of energy.

American Wind Energy Association. Information on issues related to transmission of wind energy.

2. Pew Center on Global Climate Change.  Map showing Public Benefits Funds created by various U.S. states to support energy efficiency and renewable energy.

3. Explanation of Proposition C Ballot Language. Proposition C passed on November 4, 2008. It creates a 15% renewable energy standard for Missouri.

4. Renewable Energy and Efficiency Guide to Action for States, EPA Clean Energy-Environment State Partnership Program.  Outlines the 16 best practices for clean energy and efficiency.  Executive summary and full report available.

5. "Advancing State Clean Energy Funds: Options for Administration and Funding".  Report for the U.S. EPA Climate Protection Partnerships Division, May 2008.  Describes states' use of Clean Energy Funds to generate funding for renewable energy and energy efficiency investments.
